1. General Policy
As most of our products are limited art pieces and handmade items, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds without a valid reason once payment is confirmed.
Please carefully check the item style, quantity, and shipping information before placing your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is clearly damaged (not caused by the courier or customer), has serious defects, or does not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos for our review.
Once the issue is confirmed, we may arrange one of the following, depending on the situation:
Replacement of the item (if stock is available), or
Partial or full refund, or
Other solutions mutually agreed by both parties.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Personal reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected”.
Minor color differences caused by different screen settings.
Items that have been obviously used, damaged, stained, or with seriously damaged packaging.
Requests made after the specified notification period.
4. Shipping Costs
If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake (e.g. wrong item shipped), we will cover the return and reshipping costs.
If the parcel is returned or needs to be resent due to an incorrect address or failure to collect by the customer, the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
6. Final Decision
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.
